What a Corporate Planner Needs to Know

- Full Comprehensive Liability Insurance: We carry a $2M policy. We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to your venue or HR department immediately upon request.
- Backup Systems on Site: We arrive with redundant microphones, speakers, and computers. The show will go on, period.
- Punctuality Guarantee: We adhere strictly to your event timeline and are guaranteed to be fully set up before your first guest arrives.

Yes! We also always have hand held microphones for back up as well.
Can you customize the photo booth with our corporate branding?
Ues, from custom Prints and overlays, Custom Backdrops, and Branded Text message delivery of sessions. We are 100% focused on elevating your brand.
How early do you arrive for setup at the convention center?
Hours before a guest ever would arrive, sometimes days. This is something that would be discussed in more detail depending on your event needs.
Do you carry liability insurance, and can my venue request a COI?

Do you play clean, radio-edited music appropriate for a professional environment?
es, absolutely. We strictly use clean, radio-edited versions of all tracks. We understand that corporate events, holiday parties, and trade shows must maintain a professional and HR-friendly atmosphere. During the planning process, we work directly with your team to understand your company's culture and curate a playlist that fits perfectly. We know when to keep it classy and how to properly loosen the tie a little.
Can your team act as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) to handle announcements?
Yes. Our team is trained in polished, professional public speaking. We don't just stand behind the booth; we can comfortably introduce your CEO, read off award winners, announce raffle prizes, and help guide your attendees through the evening's timeline to keep your event completely on schedule.
How do you manage volume levels during networking hours or dinner?
We know there is nothing worse at a corporate event than music that is too loud for conversation. We use professional-grade audio equipment that provides clear, crisp, and evenly distributed background music. This allows your guests to network and converse comfortably. When the timeline transitions from networking to the dance floor, we adjust the sound dynamics accordingly.
